Internet for Beginners 2016

The New York Public Library system is holding free classes that provide an introduction to the Internet, including getting connected, using a web browser, and navigating web pages.

These “Internet Basics” classes are being conducted at various libraries across NYC.

It’s hard to believe that in this day and age there are still people unfamiliar with the Internet and how to browse the world wide web.

But indeed there are plenty of such people in New York City.

New York Public Libraries are doing commendable work in organizing classes on the basics of the Internet for the net-illiterates.
